No Bond Required

We are excited about our NO BOND REQUIRED service.  This enables you (provided you meet the criteria) to move into a property and only paying £145 bond guarantee instead of the usual 4-6 weeks of the rent that’s a potential saving of up to £1000.  The Landlords are happy as they have all the benefits of a bond and you are happy as it costs you less to move in.

One Hour Credit Reference Service

If there is a risk you may miss out on a property because of the delay in the necessary referencing and checks then we have a service where you can be referenced within the hour.  We very rarely resort to this but it’s good to know it is available to you.  Generally we operate on a 48 hour turnaround.

Flexible Viewings

We are very flexible with our time when making arrangements to do viewings.

Flexible Furnishings

We offer furnished or unfurnished if you prefer.

Moving In

Once everything is going through we know you will be anxious to move in! We aim for two to three days and it has always been less than 7 days.

What does it cost to move in

The first month’s rent, the fee for credit references and the bond or bond guarantee fee.
You will be responsible for Gas, Electric, Council Tax, Utilities and TV Licence.

Reserving the property

If you wish us to reserve the property for you,  you must leave a non refundable deposit of £150

Everything done for you

References, Tenancy Agreements, Transfers of all Utilities, Inventory of contents, Gas and Electric safety certificates.

Security bond deposits

They are held in a designated client account in accordance with recommended practice unless you take out the No Bond Required bond guarantee package with us.

For your peace of mind

All our managed properties are corgi gas safety and electrical safety certified and also comply with fire safety regulations.

Insurance

We offer contents and buildings insurance.  Tenants are only responsible for contents and if you go to our services page you will find a link to our insurers who are incredibly competitive and we would highly recommend them.
